We try our best to find the best possible flights depending on the clients requests. However, we are not a deal service or a comparison shop. Our clients value ease, judgement, and having travel completely off their plate. Cost is part of the decision, but it’s never the driver.

You don’t plan trips with us. You brief us once, we learn how you travel, and from there we handle the details, decisions, bookings, and changes as required. Most of our clients stop thinking about travel entirely.

No. For eligible clients, points and spend optimisation are handled quietly in the background through our On Points Travel capability. There’s nothing to learn and nothing to manage.

Usually not. We work best with clients who travel regularly for business or personal reasons and want a long-term relationship. However, we can discuss one-off bookings as well.

We’re paid by suppliers and, in some cases, by the client depending on complexity. What matters more than the structure is alignment. If the relationship makes sense, we’ll explain the commercial side clearly before moving forward.

Yes. Many of our clients already have accountants, finance teams, or practice managers. We’re used to working alongside them to ensure travel is handled cleanly and efficiently.
